Pat is passionate about helping her clients succeed and she has an innate ability to work with individuals, couples, families, and business leaders as they lean into their vulnerability and take brave new steps to start living the life they want to live.

Stacey Greer

Born and raised in the small village of Youngstown, Alberta, Canada, Stacey’s passions led her into the world of coaching. Stacey has achieved certification in Executive Coaching (CEC), Professional Coaching (PCC), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, EQ-I 2.0 / EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence), and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Stacey has worked extensively with individuals and couples, non-profit organizations, small business owners, and senior executives of large corporations. Though the industries and
people were different, Stacey quickly discovered that each person and organization had key things in common: the human condition and the range of emotional blocks that were holding them back.
After years of working with the traditional coaching models, Stacey realized that she wanted to create a new coaching model that gave her clients a deeper understanding of
themselves and enabled them to see results quickly. Stacey developed a self-discovery model now known as the STRETCH Model™.
Each step in this coaching model serves as a guide that takes her clients through the process of overcoming the emotional blocks that have stopped them from having the business, relationship, or life that they want.
As a life-long student of self-development and human behavior, Stacey fulfills her purpose when she is helping others master their own personal transformation experience.

Pat Bourne

Pat's personal values lead her in all facets of her day-to-day interactions. Recently retiring after a 28-year career as the CEO of EQUS, Pat knows all too well how important it is to live the life you want to live. Pat's career led her on her own journey of continuous learning and self-discovery, adding a wealth of knowledge to our team through holding a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, a Graduate Certificate in Values-Based Leadership, and a Master's Degree in Leadership. In addition to that, Pat is also a certified Barrett Values Centre Practitioner and is certified in EQ-I 2.0 / EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence).
In 2013, Pat received the Central Alberta Business Woman of the Year award where she was recognized as an inspiration to other professional women. Following that, in 2017, Pat was named Global’s
‘Woman of Vision’, an award which celebrates the accomplishments of outstanding women in the Edmonton area who have implemented their passion, and whose personal dedication and actions inspire us all.
