The comprehensive STRETCH Model Training for Couples includes the 5-day STRETCH Model Program (15 X 2 hour sessions), featuring alternating individual and couple sessions on a weekly basis. This structure allows each individual to engage in their own self-discovery during one week, ensuring synchronized progress and enabling shared learning experiences each subsequent week.
