Now is the time to better understand the patterns driving your reactions and discover what safety feels like in your body. As you build awareness and capacity, you'll begin showing up with more patience, presence, and intention in the relationships that matter most.
Session One: Discover Your Baseline
 
We'll start by exploring what's happening in your life right now and what brought you here.
Together, we'll identify the patterns that have been influencing your reactions and discover what safety feels like for you.
We'll define your baseline—the version of you that feels most grounded, present, connected, and like yourself.

Session Two: Understanding Your Reactions
 

Together, we'll explore what pulls you away from your baseline and how your emotional triggers and  nervous system influences the way you think, feel, and respond.
As we build awareness, you'll begin recognizing your patterns with greater clarity and understanding.

Session Three: Bringing It Into Real Life
 

Using real situations from your relationships, parenting, work, or everyday life, we'll practice returning to your baseline when challenges arise.
I'll also teach you a simple communication process that helps you express yourself with greater awareness, honesty, and intention.
Together, we'll build the awareness, capacity, and communication skills to stay connected to yourself and show up differently in the moments that matter most.

WARNING:
