The Full STRETCH Model Training for Business Leaders comes with the 5-day STRETCH Model Program and 6 Accountability Sessions. Each participant will be matched with an appropriate Accountability Coach once they have completed the 5-day STRETCH Model program.

​

Because of the intensity of this program each of the 5 STRETCH Model days are held one week apart and then the Accountability Sessions usually take place 1 to 2 weeks apart depending on the needs of the participant.

During the 5-day STRETCH Model training each participant will learn:

• how to show up each day as the best they can be

• how to self-regulate emotions

• how to lead with confidence and compassion  

• new communication skills that will build trust (transparent communication)

• how to be free from experiencing a negative mindset

• how to be self-accountable

During the Accountability Sessions each participant will receive:

• clarity on their objectives and guide them in setting their leadership goals

• a sense of accountability as participants commit to specific actions and deadlines

• motivation and support, helping participants stay focused while overcoming challenges, and maintain momentum toward their goals

• constructive feedback, enabling them to reflect on their actions and make necessary adjustments

• effective strategies to address obstacles and navigate through difficulties encountered on the path to achieving their goals
